Mindful & Wild is a series of small-group outdoor mindfulness events in the Veluwe, Netherlands, guided by a licensed psychologist. Each experience combines walking, nature and evidence-based psychology to help you slow down, reconnect and build real mindfulness tools for daily life. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to step outside, put your phone away and be present.

Who am I?

I am Isabella Tangorra, a psychologist. When I am not with clients you will find me hiking, gravel biking, running or on my yoga mat. I created Mindful & Wild because I wanted to combine my passion for psychology & the outdoors.
Nature is one of the most underused tools for mental wellbeing. There is something that happens when you step outside, slow down and pay attention — and I wanted to create a space where people could experience that together, with a little psychological guidance along the way.
I speak English, German, French and actively working on my Dutch!

What to Expect?

A Mindful & Wild event is a 4-hour small-group experience in the Veluwe. Throughout the walk you will be guided through a series of mindfulness and psychology-based exercises — think sensory awareness practices, breathing exercises, a group meditation and short reflective check-ins. There will also be space for connecting with the group but also for stillness, silence and simply being in nature.
No two walks are identical, and we leave some of the experience as a surprise.

Practical Information

Location: Koerbergseweg 8181 LK Heerde, Netherlands—there is free parking and the exact meeting point is shared one week before the event
⏱ Duration: approximately 4 hours
Group size: maximum 12 participants
Price: €45 per person
What to bring: your own lunch, comfortable walking shoes, weather appropriate clothing and layers (our event takes place in all weather!), a water bottle, a seating pad or blanket to sit onAll fitness levels welcome — this is an intentional walk, not a physical challenge.
